That depends! Our facility is 100% preservative-free and 100% gluten-free. In regards to other allergens, our kitchen maintains strict preparation and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety. However, there is a slight risk for cross-contamination of certain allergens since we do not have a dedicated kitchen to prepare allergen-free foods in.
On your first order, you will be able to select all the meals coming to you. If you click on the meal, you can see the full ingredient list and nutrition facts label to help you decide. Once you have an account set up with us, you can set meal preferences on the account (under the drop-down menu) to avoid common allergens.
If any meal in any order contains an allergen, you can remove that meal from your cart and replace it with a dish of your choice. Just keep in mind that the cut-off is Wednesday at 11:59 pm CT, one week prior to delivery.
