How can I change the delivery address on my subscription?

Just follow a few quick steps to change your delivery address:

On a desktop or laptop:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on 'Subscription Details' at the top of the page.
  • Click on 'Edit' next to 'Address.'
  • Input your new address and click on 'Save New Address Info.'

On a mobile device:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on 'View Subscription' at the top of the page.
  • Click on 'Change' next to 'Address.'
  • Input your new address and click 'Save New Address Info.'

Note: Addresses MUST be updated before the weekly cutoff time on Wednesdays at 11:59pm CT. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery if addresses are not updated by the cutoff and we may not be able to make any changes after the cutoff.
