At this time, we are unable to customize menus based on specific ingredients or macronutrient needs. However, you do have the ability to view and modify your meals each week, and remove any items you don’t want.
Our menu contains a full list of ingredients and nutrition label for each meal. You would just need to log on at some point before the cutoff, and do a quick check of the meals we have put in your cart. If any meals contain an unwanted ingredient, just remove them from your cart and add something else. Whatever is in your cart on Wednesdays at 11:59 pm CT will be locked in as your order for the following week.
Once you place your first order you will have the ability to fill out your meal preferences with details on the types of ingredients you don’t (or can’t) eat. These cover the larger allergens like dairy, eggs, fish, and nuts. We then use that information to filter out meals containing those ingredients from your future weekly order.
To update your meal preferences:
- Log in to your account
- Click on your name in the upper right corner (3 horizontal lines on a mobile device)
- Select 'Meal Preferences'
